Powerful and soulful, catchy and unique. Singer/songwriters from our Calgary Songwriter.com website entered the Energy 101.5 2009 Junos Awards Talent Search contest.
Contestants entered a song and then a panel of judges chose the top ten. From this list, one of the singers is picked to play at the Junos.
Sandra Clemons, Danielle French, Crystal McGrath and Joelle Persram have made the top ten, listed alphabetically.
“The one who gets chosen to play at the Junos has to garnish the most votes by public voting”, explained Sandra Clemons.
Listeners can take an active role by visiting www.energy1015.com, click on the Juno Awards icon, then follow the prompts. The songs submitted, can also be heard there.
Voting expired Friday, February 13.
