Danielle French - Welcome Back to Cowtown Concert

Hello Calgary!
Well, after 2 1/2 months on the road touring across most of the Western U.S., I am finally back in Cowtown and will be performing at the Ironwood Bar & Grill. I will be performing as a trio, joined by Jonathan Lewis on accordion and violin and Jevon Hills on tuba!
It would be great to catch up with everyone. I'd love to share my road stories, music and brand new passion for photography with you all.

Danielle French Film News and Upcoming US Tour

In early January I found out that my short film, Time to Kill, which is set to my song of the same name from my Shadows CD, was accepted into the Sedona International Film Festival (www.sedonafilmfestival.com ) This is exciting in itself! And the festival has invited me to attend my screenings, all I have to do is get to beautiful Sedona Arizona!
So I thought, why not tour my way down to Arizona and make a whole trip out of it? Then I realized that the SXSW Music Festival is only 2 weeks later in Austin, so while I'm in the neighbourhood... and needless to say, in just over 1 month of planning, this tour has exploded into an amazing 2 1/2 month road trip throughout the Western and Southern United States! Including a showcase date at the SXSW festival in Austin, an amazing gig at LA's premier songwriter venue Hotel Cafe and a return to my other home town, Reno to play the Zephyr again.
